Question 1

What is CreditDecide?

Accepted Answer

CreditDecide is a no-code, AI-native underwriting operating system for consumer lenders. You build policies visually, collect borrower applications through white-label forms with KYC, connect live credit bureau and open banking data, and the platform normalizes the data, generates risk signals, applies your policy, and returns an explainable decision — all without writing code.

Question 2

Can I use CreditDecide without writing code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CreditDecide is fully no-code: build policies in a visual rule builder with thresholds and outcomes, collect applications through white-label intake forms with market-specific KYC, connect live data sources or upload documents, and receive a full decision with risk signals and evidence lineage — no integration or code required.

Question 3

Which markets does CreditDecide support?

Accepted Answer

CreditDecide is built for consumer lenders in any market worldwide. Policies, KYC requirements, currencies and data sources are configurable per market — any country, any currency — with live credit bureau and open banking connections or document upload.

Question 4

Is every decision explainable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every risk signal links back to its source record through an evidence graph, so a decision can be traced from the policy rule that fired to the exact source field in the credit report or bank statement. Decisions can also be exported as PDF, CSV, or Word.

Question 5

Does the AI make the final lending decision?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI underwriter produces an advisory recommendation with risk factors, positive signals and an evidence-referenced memo. Your versioned policy engine remains authoritative and produces the final APPROVE, REVIEW or DECLINE decision. The AI assists; your rules decide.

Question 6

Can I use CreditDecide from my AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CreditDecide speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so any compatible assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and more — can retrieve your authorized lending data, analyse applications and explore the evidence behind a decision. Every call is org-scoped and runs within your lender policies; decision-changing actions require explicit confirmation and the whole session is audited.

Question 7

Does CreditDecide cover the whole underwriting flow end to end?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every application moves through one governed pipeline — borrower intake and KYC, document intelligence, data normalization, risk assessment across five dimensions, policy evaluation, an explainable APPROVE / REVIEW / DECLINE decision, and post-decision monitoring that compares predicted default against observed outcomes. Collections management extends the lifecycle past the decision, closing the credit supply chain.

Question 8

What is the AI Borrower Portal?

Accepted Answer

The AI Borrower Portal gives every borrower a single branded link where they check application status, see outstanding to-dos, upload missing documents, and message your team 24/7 through an AI assistant with human handoff. When a borrower uploads a document against a request, CreditDecide processes it and re-runs underwriting automatically, then notifies your team — closing the loop without phone calls or chase emails.

Question 9

What is the AI Credit Officer?

Accepted Answer

The AI Credit Officer runs the information-request loop for your team. It watches every application for missing information, opens structured requests in the borrower's portal, tracks responses, and re-runs underwriting the moment a document lands — so your underwriters spend their time on judgement, not on chasing paperwork. It assembles complete, verified files and never decides for you.

Question 10

What is Intelligent LOS?

Accepted Answer

Intelligent LOS brings every consumer-lending product — personal loans, instalment plans, point-of-sale finance and auto loans — into one system with a single application model, one policy engine, one evidence graph and one audit trail. Currency, regulatory profile and document requirements adapt per market, so you scale across countries without re-platforming.
